Prepare and manage event timeline and budget, maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines

Utilize extensive knowledge of NYC venues to recommend the best setting for your event

Assess and analyze projected revenue and develop pricing structure for tables, tickets, and sponsorships

Prepare agenda and lead regularly scheduled progress meetings

Assist in drafting event materials to integrate key marketing and messaging across all deliverables

Track all gifts and generate financial reports and analyses

Advise on development of run of show for event program

Arrange for production and fulfillment of all mailings and digital outreach

Work with designer and printer on all collateral materials

Coordinate design and production of event journal including collection of all ad content

Coordinate live, silent and/or programmatic auction

Follow up with potential donors after initial outreach and share status reports with your team to track results

Collect outstanding pledges leading up to and following the event

Coordinate and lead evaluation meeting following the event
